1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 21.12.2020 in connection with Crime No. 08/2020-21 registered in Department of Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI), Zonal Unit, Raipur (C.G.) offence punishable under Section 132 (1) (a), (b), & (c) of CGST Act, 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
