Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the petition the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the petitioner does not intend to press the petition at this juncture and prays for grant of liberty to challenge any subsequent development detrimental to the interest of the petitioners. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
