PUD has been received from the court of Special Judge (NIA)/ Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) praying for extension of time granted by this Court to conclude the proceeding in Special (NIA) Case No. 04/2015 pending before that Curt.

This Court, while disposing of WPCR No. 831 of 2019 on 11.09.2019, directed the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months. Subsequent to that, on request letter sent by the Special Judge (NIA)/ Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, order dated 20.01.2020 was passed by this Court in MCC No. 10 of 2020, in which, further three months time, was granted for conclusion of the trial. Considered on the request mentioned in the PUD and on that basis, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. The time granted earlier is further extended for a period of three months from the date, this order is passed.
