The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the non-finalization of the recruitment process to the post of Data Entry Operator initiated in the year 2015.

According to the petitioners, they have all participated in the recruitment process and on being successful, they have also

undergone the subsequent requisite formalities, except for issuance of the appointment order, but thereafter there is no justified reasons on the part of the respondents in not issuing the order of appointment and keeping the entire career of the petitioners on hold. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioners, so far as the appointment to the post of Data Entry Operator is concerned arising out of the selection process that was initiated in the year 2015 and an appropriate order be passed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
