1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.428/2020 registered in Police Station Arjuni, District Dhamtari for offence under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act.

2. The applicant was found in illicit possession of 14.600 kg of contraband Ganja during search on 24.10.2020.

3. Considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty to revive after 3 months.
