1. Mr.Animesh Tiwari, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State, would submit that these writ petitions have become infructuous as post of Watchman has been filled-up by Home Guards in Department of Directorate of Geology and Mining.

2. Even otherwise, when the passed over case is called for hearing second time, none present for the petitioners. No representation is made.

3. In view of above, this Court has left with no other option except to dismiss these writ petitions for want of prosecution.
