Since the claim of the petition was for regularization which she got vide order dated 30.08.2008, the grievance of the petitioner so far as regularization is concerned, the same stands redressed.

The only grievance left for the petitioner is that identically placed persons in the department were regularized as Class-III employees whereas, the petitioner has been discriminated by regularization as Class-IV employee. The present petition has not been filed challenging the regularization of those persons nor is the order of those persons assailed in this writ petition. The present petition for the said relief may not be sustainable. Reserving the right of the petitioner, if he so choses, to assail those orders separately, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
