Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charge-sheet filed against the petitioner has already been quashed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, therefore, no cause of action survives for consideration in this matter. 2.

liberty is reserved to the petitioner to proceed further if occasion so arises.
