Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 1. 2.
The Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of the Labour Court setting aside the termination of Respondent No. 1 in violation of the law without holding a proper departmental enquiry. Even before the Labour Court, after remand by the Industrial Court, misconduct alleged against Respondent No. 1 of unauthorised absence could not be proved by the management. 3.
The writ application is dismissed.
