The Petitioner is aggrieved by the termination of her appointment as Anganbadi Worker. The ground urged is violation of principles of natural justice and mala fides to accommodate Respondent No. 5. 3.

The counter-affidavit was served on the Petitioner as far back as 22.5.2007. Paragraph 2 specifically states that on enquiry, it was found that the father of Respondent No. 5 had already retired from service and it was not an impediment in the appointment of Respondent No. 5 who was otherwise found better qualified than the Petitioner. There is no denial to the same by any rejoinder.

The writ application is dismissed.
