Challenge in the writ application is to the denial of appointment of the Petitioner as Anganbadi worker granted to Respondent No. 5. 3.

Counter-affidavit was served on the Petitioner on 22.5.2007. It specifically avers that the order under challenge was appellable and that the Petitioner was not eligible to be considered for appointment as her name did not figure in the list of persons below the poverty line. In absence of any denial of this fact, there is no merit in this application.

The writ application is dismissed.
