Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/01/2018 The petitioner has challenged the correctness and validity of order of dismissal passed on 07/04/2017 in a departmental enquiry. The grounds which have been raised in this petition are those, which could well be raised by filing statutory appeal available to him under the service rules. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition when there is alternative remedy of filing appeal. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal.
