State of Chhattisgarh S/o through the District Magistrate, Dhamtari, Distt.- Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, District : Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh --- Respondent 15.3.2018 Mr. Sumit Shrivastava, counsel for the applicants. No Mrs. Astha Shukla, Panel Lawyer, for the State. As per the report received from Special Judge, Dhamtari, the sole appellant who was surviving is reported to have died on 17.01.2018. Copy of the death certificate is also enclosed with the report. Considering the fact that the legal representatives are not interested to prosecute the appeal, learned counsel do not want to press this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed on merits.
