This writ petition is directed against the interim order dated 23.04.2013 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of this writ petition, final award has been passed by the Arbitrator on 31.01.2015, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
