1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of petitioner's grievance regarding appointment on the post of Accountant as per the revised financial ground and arrears of pay on the basis of revised pay for which he has already made representations on 05.12.2013 and 31.01.2014 before respondent No.3 but representations have not been decided yet.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the petitioner's representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

Petitioner is at liberty to file additional

representation within two weeks from today.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
