Considering the relief sought for, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this juncture.

Reserving right of the petitioner to make a suitable representation for ventilating his grievance before the higher authorities in the department for regularizing his service considering the fact that he has put in more than 10 years as daily wage employee with the respondent, the present petition stands disposed of.

On such representation being made, the authorities may consider and decide the same taking a sympathetic view at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
