1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has prayed for is for direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner on 23.09.2019 for change in time cycle in respect of State Carriage Permit No. CG/STA/15/13 Vehicle No. CG 10 G 0731.

2. Taking into consideration the limited request that the petitioner has made and which has not been opposed by the State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
