Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 24/02/2021 1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 15/10/2020 in connection with Crime No. 108/2020 registered at Police Station Podi, District Koriya (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 379, & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 of I.T. Act.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh application as and when occasion arises.

3) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
