1. This writ petition has been filed calling in question the order dated 15.3.2011 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Manendragarh.
2. The State has taken an objection that order is appealable before the Collector, Baikunthpur, Koriya.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to question that order and consequential orders before the Collector, Baikunthpur, Koriya and the Collector will consider and dispose of the said proceeding within a period of three
months from the date of its receipt along with certified copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
