1. Perusal of the record would show that there is an admission on the part of the petitioner that the issue raised in the writ petition is similar to the writ petitions i.e. WPS No. 2565/2011 and WPS No. 2128/2011 and other similar batch petitions.

2. On going through the records, it is found that the two writ petitions i.e. WPS No. 2565/2011 and WPS No. 2128/2011 have already been dismissed by this High Court vide its order dated 28.01.2013.

3. In view of the fact that the bunch writ petitions in which identical and similar issue was raised have already been dismissed by this High Court, this Court is also inclined to dismiss the present writ petition in the similar terms, by which the writ petitions i.e. WPS No.

2565/2011 and WPS No. 2128/2011 have been dismissed by this High Court on 28.01.2013.
