Agrawal Order On Board 15/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondent authorities, but in lieu of which compensation has not been paid to him till this date, against which this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent authorities for grant of compensation. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent authorities, in that event respondent authorities shall consider and decide the representation expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
