1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Medical Officer on 21.10.2011 on adhoc basis; subsequently on completion of probation of two years, her services were continued. Thereafter, till today, the petitioner is discharging her duties. It is contended that though the petitioner has joined in the year 2011 and rendering the service continuously, despite that the same has not been counted and though the petitioner is still continuing in service, her name do not find place in the gradation list. Consequently, she has not been given the benefit of payscale and benefits like promotion. The petitioner contends that at present the petitioner has filed a representation to ventilate her grievance to the Director, Directorate of Health Services, which may be directed to be decided.

2. Considering the submission made, since the representation has already been filed by Annexure P-4, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh

representation with all the pleadings and relevant documents so that the representation may be properly decided. It is directed that if the petitioner files a representation within a period of two weeks, the Director, Directorate of Health Services, shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
