The controversy in this case relates to grant of pay-scale and anomaly with regard to the same. Paragraph 4 of the counter-affidavit states that the matter is under consideration. 3.
The writ application is disposed in the aforesaid terms that if the Respondents have taken a decision and the Petitioners are aggrieved they may pursue their remedies in accordance with law. Conversely, if the
Respondents have not taken a decision till date in accordance with the representation made in the counter-affidavit they are required to do so within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order.
