1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure 31.08.2020 whereby the place of posting of the petitioner has

been shifted from one school to another school within the same block.

2. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that as of now his grievance would stand redressed if the representation that he has preferred is decided by the respondent No.4.

3. The said prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing to the respondent No. 4 to decide the representation which the petitioner has made inrespect-of his place of posting at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
