The sole relief sought for by the Petitioner is for the earliest disposal of the matter, which is pending consideration before the Respondent No.2. 2.
According to the Petitioner the dispute, pertaining to Ceiling Case No.6592/B-90(3)/74-75 under the provision of M.P. Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1960, is pending consideration before the Respondent No.2 since 1974.
The only request which the Petitioner has made is that the said dispute may be decided at the earliest.

Considering the fact that the matter is pending consideration before the authorities concerned for the last 44 years, it would be in the larger interest of justice that the said dispute be redressed at the earliest preferably within a period of one year from today. It shall be the duty of the Petitioner to appraise the Respondent No.2 in respect of the order passed by this Court. It is also expected that the Petitioner shall render all cooperation before the authorities concerned for the earlier disposal of the matter. 4.
