1. Learned counsel for the respondent/State submits that as per information received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur, the present appellant has been released from jail on 15-4-2010 after serving the entire jail sentence.
2. With the above fact, learned counsel for the appellant submits that as the appellant has been released from jail after serving entire jail sentence, he does not want to press this appeal on merit.
3. The learned counsel for the appellant is not pressing this appeal on merit. Even otherwise, on going through the entire evidence, this court is of the opinion that the trial Court has rightly convicted and sentenced the appellant by the impugned judgment and no interference is called for in the judgment of the trial Court.
