Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the show cause notice has been issued by the Mining Officer vide Annexure - P/2 on 16.08.2010 which has been replied by the petitioner on 17.10.2010. 2.

Be that as it may, the Collector (Mining), District Sarguja is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's case expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
