Heard on application for restoration of CONT Case No. 998/2020 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 05.01.2021.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, order dated 05.01.2021 passed in CONT Case No. 998/2020 is recalled. Consequently, CONT Case No. 998/2020 is directed to be restored to its original number. Accordingly, the present MCC application stands disposed off.
