For State :
Ms. Sunita Jain, PL Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 02/01/2019
1. This seems to be third round of litigation in respect of the place of posting issued to the petitioner.
2. From the perusal of the records it reflects that there was no interim protection granted to the petitioner.
3. Given the said facts and taking into consideration the efflux of time that has passed the writ petition is only left with academic interest, this Court is thus of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed off directing that let status quo as it exists today be maintained reserving the right of the authorities for passing fresh orders in case administrative exigency so demands.
4. Needless to mention that the petitioner also would have liberty to approach the authorities in the department in case of any grievance in respect of his present place of posting.
