State Govt. in their reply have categorically stated that the order dated 27.02.2013 under challenge has since been cancelled. In view of the cancellation of the impugned order Annexure P-1, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same therefore becomes infructuous.

The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
