Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is a differently abled person but still he is eligible to hold the license for a particular class of vehicle.

Learned State counsel would submit that if petitioner makes an appropriate application in prescribed proforma along with the medical certificate and other relevant documents as per the rules, his application will be considered afresh in accordance with law.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

In view of the above statement made by counsel for the State, it is directed that if the petitioner moves appropriate application in accordance with rules in prescribed proforma along with the medical certificate and other relevant documents before the concerned authority within three weeks from today, then his application will be considered and decided afresh by the

respondent authorities expeditiously without being prejudice to the earlier rejection order dated 20.01.2014.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
