Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by the State Administrative Tribunal dated 15.10.1999 (Annexure - P/1) has not been complied with by the State till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the State Authority along with the copy of this order and the order / direction passed by the State Administrative Tribunal who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
