Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 07/10/2015 (1) This writ petition has been filed claiming payment of family pension from 1.12.2003 along with 12% interest to the petitioner. (2) Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1/SECL would submit that the cheque of family pension along with interest i.e. ₹ 47,549/- is ready in the name of late Ram Iqbal Singh but due to his death, a new cheque in the name of new petitioner - Vindhya Chali Devi, wife of late Ram Iqbal Singh will be prepared and would be paid
to the petitioner within three weeks from today. Either personally; if she attends the office of respondent No. 3, otherwise that will be sent by registered post.
(3) In view of above submission made by learned counsel appearing for respondents/SECL, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
