Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, P.L. for the State. Perusal of the record and considering the nature of dispute which has been raised by the petitioner it appears that the matter has since become infuctuous.

However, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the matter being called on two occasions, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
