1. This civil revision is directed against the award dated 16-5-2014 passed by the 2nd Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Surajpur in Motor Accident Claim Case No.107/2011 by which a meagre sum of ₹ 4,170/- has been awarded to the claimant finding that he has suffered grievous injury.
2. Considering the amount of compensation which is a meagre sum of ₹
4,170/- and the finding of the Claims Tribunal that the Insurance Company is liable to make payment of compensation, I do not find it a fit case to entertain the revision. Accordingly, the civil revision is dismissed. No order as to cost(s).
