In view of the report submitted by respondent, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that salary of the petitioner has now been paid. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition, at this stage is now rendered infructuous. However, by way of abundant caution, seeks liberty to raise claim of payment of salary under the recommendation of Seventh Pay Commission and increment. 3.
