1. The order under challenge being appealable, let the petitioner prefer an Appeal before the CIT (Appeals) within a period of 15 days from today. On such Appeal being filed, the said authority shall consider and decide the same within next 8 weeks.

2. If the respondents take any coercive steps against the petitioner, he would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
