1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before respondent No.3 for grant of increment.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before respondents No.2 and 3, who in turn, shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation within four weeks from its receipt along with a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to produce additional material in support of his representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
