Agrawal Order On Board 15/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 18.10.2017 passed by the Additional Commissioner cum Arbitrator has not been complied with by the respondent authorities till date. He would further submit that the petitioner has also preferred representation before respondent authorities but to no avail. Hence, this writ petition.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents authorities are directed to consider and proceed with the order of Additional Commissioner dated 18.10.2017 in accordance with law expeditiously. The petitioner is at liberty to submit the copy of this order to the respondent authorities for

needful action.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
