Order On Board By 15/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners' land has been acquired by respondent authorities, but in lieu of which neither land has been given nor compensation has been paid to him, against which, he has made representation before the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Surguja is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law after hearing the
affected parties expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
