1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent No.2-Chhattisgarh State Information Commission.

2. The counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 fairly submits that the question involved in the present writ petition has already been considered in a similar writ petition which was decided on 19.07.2018 in WPC No. 1796/2012.

3. Perusal of the record would show that the respondent No.1 in the instant case i.e. the seeker of the information is the same person, who is the respondent No.1 in the writ petition decided by this Court in WPC No. 1796/2012. The order under challenge is also of the same date.

4. Since the facts and grounds raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition are identical to the writ petition decided by this Court on 19.07.2018 in WPC No 1796/2012, this Court is inclined to take same

view in the present case also. The present writ petition thus deserves to be and is accordingly allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPC No. 1796/2012 decided on 19.07.2018. As a consequence, the impugned order (Annexure P/1) in the instant case dated 06.06.2012 stands set-aside/quashed.
