1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
However, he may be permitted to make representation to claim experience of 5 and 1⁄2 months (five and half months) of work on the post of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Date Entry Operator.
2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation to claim his work experience before the competent authority as and when occasion so arises.
3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
