For State :
Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, PL ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order on Board 01/02/2018 Heard.
1.
The petitioner's grievance is that even though Zila Panchayat, Balod and Zila Panchayat, Durg both have consented for transfer of the petitioner from Jurisdiction of Zila Panchayat, Balod to the Jurisdiction of Zila Panchayat, Durg. Till date orders have not been passed. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the policy dated 02-03-2016 Annexure (P-9), such transfer is permissible. 3.
Considering the nature of grievance ventilated at this stage, I am not
inclined to keep the matter pending but to dispose off with direction to respondent No. 2 Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Balod to examine the petitioner's case in the light of the policy and keeping in view both the Zila panchayat Jurisdiction transfer and pass necessary orders within a period of 4 weeks.
4.
