1. The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is non releasing of the medical reimbursement amount due to the petitioner on meeting the expenditure that the petitioner has suffered during treatment of partial paralysis that the petitioner has. The petitioner has also made representation to the District Education Officer, District Gariyaband in respect of non releasing of annual increment to the petitioner for the year 2017.
2. According to the petitioner, the said annual increment has been stopped without there being any justified reasons or any order passed in this regard.
3. Considering the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on both the issues that the petitioner has raised at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case if the District
-2Education Officer reaches to the conclusion that the petitioner is entitled for the release of annual increment as also for Medical Reimbursement of the expenditure incurred, the amount payable to the petitioner should be released forthwith.
