Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the appropriate authority under the Forest Act for obtaining custody including internal custody of the offending vehicle, which was seized from petitioner's possession during the intervening night of 28.10.2015 & 29.10.2015. 2.

Permission granted.
