1. Learned senior counsel would submit that since during the pendency of this writ petition, sanction under Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 is alleged to have been granted which he has separately questioned and is the subject matter of W.P.(Cr) No. 59/2020, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all his points in the subsequent writ petition.
2. The prayer made by learned senior counsel appears to be fair and reasonable.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
