1. The present petition is filed for the following reliefs : "(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record relating to petitioner's case. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to take coercive action against respondent No.2 and decide the matter within stipulated time of two months. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to inspect the complaint moved by the petitioner and give statement before the Hon'ble Court and what legal action has been initiated against the respondent No.2. (iv) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the matter within stipulation of two months.

(v) Any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed."

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petition is pending before the Family Court Janjgir wherein aforesaid relief has been claimed for. The respondent No.1 herein is the Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh and the respondent No.2 is the Family Court. The kind of nature of relief as claimed for cannot be ordered by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction. This otherwise would amount to arm-twisting method which requires to be deprecated as a whole. Therefore, I am not inclined to issue any writ of the like nature as per the relief claimed. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
