The Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of reinstatement passed by the Labour Court for termination of the Respondent in violation of the provisions of Section 25-F of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 after noticing that he had completed 240 days of continuous service and there is no irregularity in the decision making process of the Labour Court. 3.

The writ application is dismissed.
