Agrawal Order On Board 16/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that transmission line has been made over the agricultural land of the petitioner by the respondent authorities, but in lieu of that no compensation has been paid to the petitioner, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach to the District Judge for redressal of his grievance in accordance with para-26 of the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in the matter

of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited Vs. Century Textiles and Industries Limited & Others reported in (2017) 5 SCC 143 within a period of 15 days from today.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
