1. This revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 5.12.2020 framing charge against the applicant under Section 21 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant makes submissions that he seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition.

3. Learned State counsel has no objection in this respect.

4. As it is an admitted case, therefore, the withdrawal of revision petition cannot be permitted, hence, the legality, propriety and correctness of the impugned order is taken into consideration. Taking into consideration the material present against this applicant in the chargesheet against him, I am of this view that the learned trial Court has not committed any error in passing the impugned order.
